The luxurious amenities at this hotel fulfilled all my needs and expectations. the indoor swimming pool and steam room were a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the room advantages were impressive, with a comfortable bed, high-quality linens, and a spacious bathroom with complimentary toiletries.
The outdoor swimming pool, which was a bit small and could get crowded at times. this was only a minor issue, as there were plenty of other amenities available to make up for it.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the Itaim and Vila Olympia areas, with a big shopping mall just across the street. The hotel facilities were great, with a fantastic pool area and a well-equipped gym. I especially loved the fact that they offered free parking, a great convenience. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide range of delicious options. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, and they spoke fluent English.

It's disappointing that the temperature control in the rooms can be problematic, making it difficult to find that perfect level of comfort.

The location was fabulous, right across the street from a great shopping mall. The restaurant provided delicious and expansive breakfast and lunch buffets. The service staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The hotel had a lap pool separate from the guest pool.
Felt fine, no reason to complain.
